Nineteen Years of “Spooktacular” Special Effects
This is not the ordinary, boring haunted house. This one, “Spooktacular Nights” at the Rockin’-R-Ranch in Columbia Station is truly a spectacular, “Spooktacular” event. “Spooktacular Nights” at the Rockin’-R-Ranch hosts four, dynamic attractions that you will not find anywhere else in the Cleveland area. You might have to go to Disney or Universal Studio to experience this much excitement. Eighteen years ago, Rockin’-R-Ranch began doing the “Famous Haunted Hayride” taking customers on a ride through the Forest of Fear where you experienced terror and suspense at every turn. As time progressed, other attractions were added. There is a new ultra haunted house called the “Nightcreepers” Haunted House, a Haunted Barn and a Family Fun House. All four of these attractions are professional, Hollywood type experiences that will have you coming back and screaming for more year after year. The use of piro-technics and larger than life 30 foot animated creatures will astound you. There are hi-tech special effects and lighting, very detailed scenes and rooms that will make you feel that you are in a Hollywood production. The Nightcreepers Haunted House is extremely detailed and is different from other haunted houses. The actors have professional speaking parts with a theme to the house. This is not the ordinary boo’s and black walls of other haunts. This is a theatrical production that will linger in your mind and cause you sleepless nights. The Famous Haunted Hayride combines humor with scary and surprises all along the way. The Haunted Barn has the audience right where they want them, captive, no where to run, experiencing a Universal Park type production. It is awesome. When the barn door opens, customers are clapping and screaming their approval. There is also a Family Fun House similar to what used to be in the old amusement parks like Euclid Beach Park and Geauga Lake. This is an old style walk through for people of all ages and is a free attraction when tickets are purchased for the other three attractions.

Rockin’-R-Ranch is Cleveland’s No1. and largest Halloween Attraction
For the past nineteen years, the Rockin’-R-Ranch in Columbia Station has been entertaining people of all ages. Rockin’-R-Ranch hosts two distinct events during October, the OLD WEST PUMPKIN FEST, every Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 5:00 P.M and SPOOKTACULAR NIGHTS held Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights.

At the Old West Pumpkin Fest, toddlers, adolescents, young families and Grandma’s and Grandpa’s can’t wait to see the fabulous “Country Kid’s Show performed live on stage featuring costume characters that your child would love and recognize. The live musical show is performed five times a day. This is an interactive show for the kids where they dance and play instruments. This year we are featuring “Sponge Bud” along with our Telebuddy, Daisy the Cow, Gus the Clown and our own cowboy and cowgirl. Take as many rides as you want on the Pumpkin Patch Hayride that takes you into the new Pumpkin Patch and pick and paint your own pumpkin. The whole family can walk through the New Family Fun House, pet the animals at the petting farm, get your face painted, and much more. Where can you go and ride ponies all day long at no extra charge? There is a farm market, souvenir shop and concession stand for food and drinks. We have been told that we are the “best kept secret in Cleveland” says the manager of “Six Star Productions”, the company who owns and operates the events.
In the evening, the fun turns frightening, entertaining, funny and very high tech as SPOOKTACULAR NIGHTS begins at 7:00P.M. until 9:30 P.M. on Thursdays and Sundays and from 7:00 P.M. to 11:30 P.M. on Fridays and Saturdays. “Spooktacular Nights” now comprises four different attractions. It began nineteen years ago with the “Famous Haunted Hayride”. This ride attracts everyone including families, couples and teenagers. We are the only Halloween, haunted attraction that is family friendly. Most other haunted events can be objectionable and vulgar. Our event is professional and Hollywood high tech. When we take you through the “Haunted Barn”, we have a captive audience on the wagon. The production is an awesome, hi-tech surprise. Customers are clapping and screaming as the tractor exits the barn. This is not like other haunted houses. Our “Nightcreepers Haunted House” is theatrical and very frightening. It is not recommended for very young children. The “Family Fun House” is for everyone and is free with the purchase of either ticket.
No reservations are necessary but if you have 20 or more, group rates are available.
